Tertrou was in business with his brother-in-law, C.E. Broussard. The property was acquired by the family of the present owner, the Fournet family, in 1884.<\/p>\n<p><b>Building History<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Three-bay brick commercial building. Shop windows and gallery replaced. Side carriageway with elliptical arched entrance. Louvered lunette in the central pedimented parapet.
